As Co-founder and Commercial Director, he manages customer relations, the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. He is the first point of contact for brands that choose LESS, with the ability to interpret their visions and translate them into concrete project objectives. His deep understanding of the dynamics of the retail and hospitality market allows him to propose effective solutions that align the customer's identity with their business objectives. Ezio defines the commercial strategy, ensuring that LESS's distinctive value is communicated and applied to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction and consolidate the company's growth.

Co-founder – Creative Director
With over 20 years of experience in interior design, Maria Chiara leads LESS's creative vision. Her career combines solid expertise in retail design and visual communication with a deep understanding of design thinking. She specialises in managing complex projects, overseeing every stage from concept to final implementation. Her design philosophy is based on a holistic approach that combines functionality, aesthetics and sustainability, with a constant search for innovation in materials and technologies.

Marco is an entrepreneurial leader with over ten years of strategic experience in the professional cosmetics sector.
His approach to business is based on discipline and rigorous standards, a method he applies to his own professional development and actively conveys to the entire sales network. This commitment ensures a high level of competence and reliability.

Architect
Alessio is the design arm of the LESS team, responsible for the development and technical definition of creative concepts. He translates the initial vision into executive drawings, 3D renderings and functional layouts. His technical expertise ensures that every detail, from materials to space layout, is aligned with the brand's quality standards and the specific needs of the client. He works closely with the Creative Director and Technical Director to ensure perfect consistency between aesthetics and feasibility, contributing decisively to the flawless execution of retail and commercial projects.
Andrea Pappalardo
Senior 3D Specialist
Andrea is the hub of technical precision at LESS. He is responsible for drafting technical drawings and carrying out metric surveys on site. His role is fundamental in translating the design concept into clear and detailed construction instructions for workers and suppliers. His accuracy in reporting measurements, construction details and material specifications ensures that the design vision is realised with maximum fidelity and functionality, guaranteeing a perfect match between the design and the finished work.
Giovanni Bottino
Technical Director
Responsible for operational management and technical supervision, he is the figure who translates creative vision into tangible reality, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets and construction quality on every site. With many years of experience in the construction, shipbuilding and interior finishing sectors, he oversees the entire execution process of LESS projects. Giovanni is the guarantor of construction quality, operational management of the site and strict adherence to delivery times, making our 'turnkey' service a reality.
Mario Rocco
Administrative Manager
Mario is responsible for the administrative and financial management of LESS. He oversees all accounting aspects, cash flow management, invoicing and relations with suppliers and banks. His role ensures that each project is supported by a solid and efficient administrative structure, managing contractual documentation and monitoring budget compliance. His precision and organisation are essential to supporting the company's growth and ensuring the smooth management of all operational and financial processes.
Letizia Russo
Office Coordinator
Letizia is the organisational hub and first point of contact at LESS. She manages customer reception, general secretarial duties and team schedule coordination. Her role is essential in ensuring efficient communication, both internally between departments and externally with customers and suppliers. She supports management and the design team in document management, the organisation of daily activities and project archiving, ensuring that every operational process is carried out in an orderly, accurate and timely manner.
Francesco Asero
Production manager
Francesco leads the productive heart of our "Custom" service, supervising LESS's in-house carpentry workshop. He has the crucial task of translating technical drawings into high-quality, bespoke furniture. As Production Manager, he manages the entire process, from the selection of materials to processing and final finishing. His experience and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every piece of furniture meets the highest quality standards, guaranteeing the perfect execution of the project and full compliance with the customer's requirements.
Daniele Tripi
Technical Coordinator
Daniele is the strategic link between design and production in our in-house carpentry workshop. As Technical Director and Coordinator, he ensures that creative vision is translated into efficient, high-quality construction solutions. He analyses the technical feasibility of custom-made furniture, optimises production cycles and coordinates the workflow between the design team and the production team led by Francesco. He is the main contact for product engineering, ensuring that each custom piece is made in accordance with the working drawings, the established deadlines and LESS's highest quality standards.
